Frequently Asked Questions
How do deposits and payments work?
Once we confirm availability for your event date, we will send an estimate breakdown. A 30% deposit via Zelle (925-446-5615) or Venmo (@Mhd-Salakh) locks your date on our calendar. The remaining 70% balance is collected the day of the event (Cash, Zelle, or Venmo).
What do we need to provide?
You only need to supply tables, chairs, dinnerware, cutlery, and drinks. We bring the portable teppanyaki grill, chef gear, food, and sauces, and we leave our cooking station spotless.
Can you cook indoors?
Due to open flames and propane heat, our teppanyaki setups must be outdoors (patios, open garages, backyards, or well-ventilated outdoor areas).
Is there a booking minimum?
Yes, we require a minimum spend equivalent to 10 adult guests for all private bookings.
